How do I wear thee, let me count the ways...

Hi lovelies! Hope the week has started well for all of you like it did for us. We have completed the shift into our new office, and we shall remember today as a humble beginning for us. A year ago we would never have thought possible that we shall one day have our own space for our loot, and we thank you for your support as none of this will be possible without you, our shoppers.

Our office address is at 24 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City. Self-collection is possible and we shall send you our full address upon verification of payment. This shall be strictly for self-collection only from Collection 29. Exchanges shall be conducted the usual way with you topping up $5 per change to defray the cost of our postage and stationery (Please see http://thecoloris.com.sg/info2.asp?id=179). We hope you will measure what you are going to purchase against your favourite clothing in your wardrobe for a better understanding of the sizing which are posted on our website.

The working hours shall be weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 10-4pm. In order to receive your package on the same day of purchase, we must receive the payment latest by 1pm. From the selection drop-down tab on the website, please choose "SELF COLLECTION AT 24 SIN MING LANE" as shown below, proceed to check-out BEFORE 1PM to receive your package by 4pm on the same day.

Please give us some time to roll out the next collection as we get cosy working in a new environment and we promise you more exciting styles as we journey along.

ONE DAY BEWITCHED PROMO FOR HALLOWEEN!!!

All you need to do is cart out the item of a higher value and inform us of the item you want of a lower value. Easy enough we hope? Do ask away if you are uncertain, and do note that promo is only valid till 1 Nov 2012 at the stroke of the wicked midnight hour! ^^

We are grateful for the support you have shown in the playsuits we have self manufactured, and this banner is to show our heartfelt thanks to you. We are unable to display all (especially the SMALL sizes) as we wish to showcase our shoppers who wear M and L too, something few blogshops do, as it has always been our fervent belief that "size is but a number" and that "all women are divas" regardless of your size and age!

Just look at the creative ways you have thought of. Belt in place of sash, cardigans over the playsuits, and even with a brooch we can see. It has travelled the shores of Phuket, roamed the paths of Hong Kong, and classy even for a casino session (we think and we gathered from the photo, please do not shoot us if we are mistaken!) in MBS! It's simply surreal to see our design spring to life, a satisfaction that words alone cannot describe. In short, we are thrilled and we are elated and we are ________ (you help us fill in this blank). :)

With that, we leave you with bits and pieces of you, and you, and you.

After all, this is what we are all about.
"a definition of me."

Thank you Keline, for loving our playsuit seen on http://www.urbandoll.com.sg/supertree-by-indochine-private-launch/

Thank you Zoe, for featuring us in her "Be a Fashionista" post on http://www.zoeraymond.com/2012/10/be-fashionista-review-edition-ll.html

Much thanks too to Junying, for her blog post on http://junying-diva.blogspot.sg/2012/10/robert-timms.html

To a babe who is confident enough to shoutout that she wears large and loving it, someone self-assured in her own skin without letting the society at large (no pun intended) dictate how she should carry herself, Fiona Chan in http://ffiony.blogspot.sg/2012/10/howdy-this-weekend-has-all-too-soon.html

And last but not least, to all of you who have ordered one color and then the other after you have tried it on. This affirmation gives us the courage and spunk to continue our next exclusive label, hopefully in time for Christmas! :)

As always, we leave you with something dear and close to our hearts. Irrelevant? Maybe. Then again, maybe not. About time we take notice of the macro deeds that go around in this world. About a selfless priest, doctor, musician, architect and more: Fr Lee Tae-Seok (some websites spelt as "Suk"), who willingly sacrificed almost all to be with the poorest people in an impoverished country on earth, Sudan. Here is part 1, and there are plenty more parts which we hope you will explore on YouTube. It tugged our heartstrings and made us stop for a moment to ponder, and in awe we have learnt something so important that it is often forgotten. That we all can contribute in little or big ways in humility, and that the human spirit of love prevails.

Above all, we thank God, for bringing us where we are today and the more that we can be. :)

Please send all roses (and thorns!) to sales@thecoloris.com.sg

With tons of love, The Team @
